4. Online Bookings

By using Bright Sky Lodges to make a booking (“Reservation”), you agree to the following:

Bright Sky Lodges provides vacation rental properties (“Accommodations”) owned and managed by us or our partners.

When you submit a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your reservation details.

Reservations are not final until confirmed and payment (or deposit) is received in accordance with our Booking and Cancellation Policies.

You agree to abide by all property-specific rules, policies, and occupancy limits communicated in your booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our business policies.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Pricing, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice.

Please review the Cancellation and Refund Policy associated with your booking before finalizing your reservation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to those stated terms. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or processing delays incurred by your payment provider.

6. Guest Conduct

By staying at any Bright Sky Lodges property, you agree to:

Treat the property and its contents with care and respect.

Follow all posted house rules, safety guidelines, and local regulations.

Avoid any illegal activity, excessive noise, or disturbance of neighbors.

Be liable for any damage caused to the property during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of any payments made.

7. User Content

You may have the opportunity to post reviews, feedback, or other content (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you agree not to post anything that:

Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

Violates any third-party rights, including copyrights or privacy rights; or

Contains false or misleading information.

By posting User Content, you grant Bright Sky Lodges a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for promotional or operational purposes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sevier County, Tennessee.
